Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your plans. Guests who wish to change or cancel an appointment are to provide at least 24 business hours notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your card. If no notification or no show then 100% will apply. This also applies to gift vouchers.
All guests must be a minimum of 16 years of age to use the spa facilities. Guests aged from 16 years may attend the Spa for a massage treatment however if you are using the Elements Lounge you must attend with a guardian and provide a signed consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Spa Etiquette To ensure comfort and relaxation of all guests, we ask that you please keep your voices to a minimum and respect smoke-free environment. We do allow mobile phones however these must be put on silent or airplane mode so as not to disturb other guests.
If you are coming for a massage then please feel free to come in everyday clothes as appropriate.
We provide robes and a towel to all guests of the Elements lounge, and we recommend appropriate swimwear for use within the Elements Lounge especially for use of the Hydrotherapy Bath and the Infrared Sauna’s. In the lounge guests can go barefoot or bring their own slides to wear.
