Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow adequate time for you to check-in, and for your therapist to plan your perfect experience. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

We understand that sometimes you need to change your plans. Guests who wish to change or cancel an appointment are to provide at least 24 business hours notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your card. If no notification or no show then 100% will apply.This also applies to gift vouchers.

If you are coming for a massage then please feel free to come in everyday clothes as appropriate.

We provide robes and a towel to all guests of the Elements lounge, and we recommend appropriate swimwear for use within the Elements Lounge especially for use of the Hydrotherpy Bath and the Infrared Sauna’s. In the lounge guests can go barefoot or bring their own slides to wear.
